What is the Impact?

Trust though education can be an important structure that allows new, emerging, and continuing users to be advocates for their own needs online.

Why is this difficult?

Trust is socially constructed and emerges and changes within different communities and as a result of different events. It is difficult to do this work if support for local community participation in curriculum development is missing.
