With over $45 billion in federal funding for digital equity and broadband deployment, we are at an inflection point for equitable access and use of the Internet.

In partnership with Arizona State University, we are offering online training to shape the field of digital equity and build the expertise that will bring the benefits of the Internet to all.

The Problem

The public sector is hiring rapidly to meet the growing demand and implement programs that close the digital divide.

Thousands of new positions are being created in states, Tribes, and local government, as well as at libraries, housing authorities, healthcare, and other critical institutions. The people hired to fill these positions are often not equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to understand the intersection between the technological, social, and political realities of digital equity.

The Solution

To address the urgent demand for expertise in closing the digital divide, the Marconi Society, in partnership with Arizona State University, offers two training programs.

The programs, Digital Equity Training and the Digital Inclusion Leadership Certificate, are informed by insights from nearly 50 industry experts and will equip individuals with the necessary skills in technology, policy, and digital inclusion to meet the demands of the growing digital equity discipline.

Learn from over 45 experts
