Vint Cerf – What is acceptable and what is not acceptable use of the Internet?

Vint emails “The topic is plainly Internet Governance and how it is evolving. There are potential risks and rewards depending on how the international community chooses to view the Internet and its operation. We are looking for consensus on what is acceptable and what is not acceptable use of the Internet.”

Other keynotes will be by Catherine Novelli, Julie Zoller and Larry Strickling of the U.S. government, as well as Steve Crocker, Chairman of ICANN. Also keynoting: Kathy Brown of the Internet Society. ISOC, which was founded by Marconi Fellows Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn in 1992, coordinates the event.
